65% of Business IT leaders will take some kind of action to reduce the impact of employees streaming March Madness games. When the dust from March Madness is settled, expect some lost worker productivity. But should it matter?

For me, if it’s under control and sponsored by a supervisor it can actually be a good community building exercise. Because the company has effectively endorsed the activity, employees are more likely to subscribe to the rules.
